Privacy Policy

Effective date: 3 August 2026. This policy follows the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

1. Who we are

The website australiahub.com.au ("australiahub", "we", "us") is operated by ANVISA GROUP PTY LTD (ABN 82 688 560 992, VIC — postcode 3163). Privacy enquiries: luatsu@lebinhphuong.com.

2. What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through a form on the site, we collect:

• Your name
• Phone number (with country code) and preferred contact apps; email (if you provide one)
• The details of your request (e.g. the visa type you are interested in)
• Minimal technical data for anti-spam and security: submission time, IP address, an anti-bot token (Cloudflare Turnstile)

We do not intentionally collect sensitive information (health, full migration case details) through this form. Please do not enter such information at the initial enquiry stage.

3. Why we collect and use it

Solely to connect you with the affiliated service relevant to your request:

• an exclusively affiliated migration advisory service;
• from around September 2026, a NAATI Vietnamese–English translation service.

We do not use your information for any purpose other than responding to your enquiry, unless you consent.

4. Who we share / process data with

• The information you submit is passed to the affiliated migration advisor — currently Anh Nhat Thi Le, MARN 2418530 (ANVISA GROUP PTY LTD) — (and, when applicable, the NAATI Vietnamese–English translation service) so they can contact you about your case.
• To operate the service, data is processed by infrastructure providers: Cloudflare (website hosting + the D1 database where your enquiry is stored) and Cloudflare Email Routing (email notification to the operating address luatsu@lebinhphuong.com). These providers may store/process data outside Australia (APP 8 — cross-border disclosure).
• We do NOT sell, rent or trade your data to any other third party for marketing.

5. Storage and security

• Your enquiry is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database; the notification is sent via Cloudflare Email Routing to our operating address. This is global infrastructure — data may be stored/processed outside Australia (APP 8).
• The website source code is hosted on GitHub and contains no personal data.
• We take reasonable steps to protect data from unauthorised access.
• Retention: 24 months from your last contact, or until you request deletion; after which the data is deleted.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Email luatsu@lebinhphuong.com; we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Cookies and analytics

The site may use basic cookies/analytics to operate and improve content. Cloudflare Turnstile is used for bot protection on the form.

8. Children

The service is not directed at people under 16; we do not knowingly collect children's data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is posted here with its effective date.

10. Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your data, please contact us first. You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) — oaic.gov.au.
